"tobe dooooo"

things have been much calmer this month, than our travels over the summer. i've enjoyed getting into a routine, or at least mommy thinks i've been enjoying it. apparently kids "enjoy routine" because of the predictability. hmm, come to think if it, maybe this is all for her benefit?!?!

we went on our last camping trip of the year, during labor weekend. it apparently wasn't "real" camping, as there were cabins with a matress, but nonetheless, it was camping. my highlights were swimming with daddy and wearing a light on my head.

something my mommy & daddy really enjoyed (i still parallel play), was getting together with a bunch of families who also adopted kids from korea. some mommies had the "great" idea to dress us up in our hanboks (traditional korean garment) again, before we outgrow them. and while the many of us look "oh soo cute" all standing by a wall (as if it were a mug shot), i got to protect my friends from future embarrasment and potential black mail pictures, and only post pics of myself.

cute, right?

do you think it's possible that mommy & daddy get tired of my cuteness, need for attention, and struggle between autonomy ("tobe dooooo", "no, tobe hold", "tobe's turn") and need for dependence ("MOMMY!"; "mommy sit here"; "mommy do"; "daddy do"; "help"; high pitched yelling)? do you think they miss their "date nights" (isn't that just talking about me anyways??) because they have to be around me? oh, and did i mention my obsession with cars has hit an all-time high, which have resulted in tantrums? i'm not that bad, am i?

well, i started wondering about things when one weekend, they took me to the driving range! i heard people saying things like "the next tiger", but i really have the feeling they didn't want to go to the park with me! regardless of reason, i *did* have fun, because they had to pay attention to me while out there ... i made sure of it :)

here are my "routine september" pics ...
