i can wail

you have not experienced wailing, until you hear me. i am 15 months old now, with larger lungs than before, and i *can* and *will* wail. mommy & daddy thought they had the good life, but let me tell you, their fun begins now.

here's my beef. they think i am all grown up! they felt like walking was a major milestone for me (which it was), but it really set them off on the deep end.

the first sunday of jan, they dropped me off in this place with other kids and toys. they left me there for one hour to "play" and have a snack, while they were doing who know what (ok .. they were at church). it wasn't so bad, until they tried this again two weeks later! i wailed to the point that the adults had no choice but to call them to comfort me. then, the nerve of them, they tried this again last week! as if. i wailed.

then mommy decided she wanted to work out again. what was she thinking? she put me in this place with other kids and toys and expected me to play!#$! can you believe her? i wailed. they had to page her and have her come in.

if these antics were not enough, they were thrilled to enroll me into swimming lessons. i have heard the line, "let's not be like mommy who cannot float ...", so off i went today to "swimming lessons". i wailed. the entire 30 minutes let me add. did they think i was going to become the next michael phelps? i think not. here is a clip of my tragic experience. you may need some earplugs.

ok, it's not like i wail all the time. ok, most of the time i do not wail. but are you felling sorry for me yet? they are trying to make me a BIG boy, when i'm just a baby! they are trying to get me off my bottle, and have me feed myself. i like them doing EVERYTHING for me :)

though my wailing has hit it's all time high, so has my talking. well, i guess if you compare "something" to "nothing", it's an "all time high". but really, i can say:

• ball
• door
• down
• baby
• bag
• back (for piggy back)
• bao bao (for bread)
• car
• Dada (for daddy)
• Mama (for mommy ... though i have not said it to her face, only when she wasn't there)
• ohhhhh
• "moo" (for cow)
• "ba" (for sheep)
• "woof woof woof" (for dog)
