the first part of november was filled with post party activities, since the quan side of the family stayed and spoiled me! i said "bye bye" to grandma & grandpa sio and moved on to grandma & grandpa quan. getting used to attention is really easy! if anyone is having problems with it, just give me a call :)
while they were visiting, i had my first encounter with sand at carmel. my parents hopes & dreams of being a beach bum were shattered. i did not like the sand.

i did however "oo" & "awe" at the big pacific ocean waves. that was more my thing. towards the end of grandma & grandpa quan's stay, i got to meet my cousin zoe (in person, rather than on skype) and my auntie cindy! i learned a lot of things from them including actions to "twinkle twinkle little star"! i tried to bully zoe around, but she's mobile and bigger than me. it didn't work.
